Delete from the app

The quickest way. It takes under a minute.

  Open SettingsIn the LydraCare app, tap the Settings tab.

  Tap Delete AccountChoose Delete Account from the Settings screen.

  ConfirmYour deletion request is received and processed within 30 days.

This removes your profile, medications, appointments, check-ins and family circle. Seniors you set up that have not yet claimed their account are deleted too. Seniors who have claimed theirs keep their account.

Processing time: deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play or App Store subscription. You must cancel it separately in the store.
